In this phase, the focus was on Needfinding, a key activity to uncover and understand how people approach tasks that the system aims to improve. Through interviews and observations, we explored user behaviors, goals, and challenges in their real-world context. The insights gathered here laid the foundation for designing meaningful and user-centered solutions.

2 - Refinement
In this step, the focus was narrowed to a specific area of needfinding to deeply explore user needs. Based on the insights gathered, we defined a clear problem statement, shaping the value proposition that the project aims to address.

3 - Task storyboards
This step involved outlining the key tasks that form the foundation of the project and creating the first user interface prototypes. These prototypes were designed to align with the solution and value proposition defined in the previous phase.

4 - Mid-Fidelity Prototype
In this phase, the preliminary prototype was refined into an interactive artifact, ready to be tested and evaluated by external users.

5 - Heuristic evaluation
This phase involved evaluating another group’s mid-fidelity prototype using Nielsen's heuristics. The evaluation was first conducted individually and then collaboratively as a group to ensure comprehensive feedback.
